In beating Blood Race Mode, you will pick up Look! I know how to drive!, Fair Play, & Maybe it is too much to handle. That second list can be saved for clean-up. As well, you can pick up Very Important Person, I Am The Law!, Superbeast, Your 5 minutes, Hot deal, Heavy hitter!, Bob the destroyer, Pimp Car, Combo Master, and Out of my way!. Story Mode will automatically give you Dirty Work, All plants must die!, Father of all zombies, Hot Rod!, Sunken Hope, The Last Express, Missed Flight, Zombie Driver. I found this mode to be the most satisfying, as your only objective is capping zombies. You will destroy zombies, pick up cash and upgrades, dash for health, and generally run for your life to stay alive as long as possible. Slaughter Mode consists of endless waves of zombies trying to destroy you. Tournaments don't require complete perfection, you will be allowed to come in 2nd two or three times per tournament and still win. Events include Races (come in first), Eliminator (destroy opponents), and Endurance (drive fast and cause mayhem to add time to your clock). The only Secondary Objective likely to prove too much to handle will be that of Mission 29 and the reward is cash.īlood Race mode involves five tournaments consisting of 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 events, respectively. These objectives will not affect any trophies (though the game will keep track of which you do and don't accomplish).

Some will be painfully easy, while some will require you to develop your driving skills and learn the best routes around the city. While the Story Mode makes a half-hearted attempt to give the game direction, you will probably find that you are far more interested in gameplay than story here. The game was re-released as Zombie Driver HD on Octoto XBLA and Steam platforms, with PSN and Android versions forthcoming.
The game also supports nVidia PhysX, which improves the physics in the game (not required to play it). The car is viewed from a top down perspective, similar to Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars for DS and PSP. They use said car and weapons to mow down hordes of zombies. The player controls a vehicle with guns, or other weapons attached to them.
