Each character has health, Weapon dmg, and other stats so you can see what the pros & cons are for each character. If you can't use those to your advantage, then change your character and experiment to see which one suits you best. There is bushes you can hide in, walls to protect you, and prize boxes that can give you 0-6 blue gems to give your skill power-ups. The people that complain about this game aren't very smart.
